TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All bookings are subject to a 25% holding fee. The remainder of the payment is due on the day upfront. We take bank and Paypal transfers or cash. ❤ deposits are non-refundable unless your event is cancelled or rescheduled due to government restrictions.
We are happy to reschedule your event within 4 weeks notice however this is depending on availability with other bookings.
We normally turn up very early for your event in order to make sure everything is in order. Please be clear on your time frames when booking in order for us to plan.
We do risk assessments on all our equipment and venues. If your venue needs PAT test certificates, insurance documents, or DBS certificates please provide details so we can contact the venue directly and send them all documents required.
We are fully insured for any venue. We also do business with lots of venues within the North West and would be happy to recommend some for you.
- Please keep pets controlled! The mascots can be overwhelming for certain animals and they may feel threatened. Please bear this in mind for our actors when attending. 🙂🦖🐕🦺 Our Hulk may not like it and you do not want to get him angry!!!
- Please supervise children at all times and do not let anyone kick, push, trip, jump on or punch the mascots.
- We take no responsibility for any injuries or damage if our mascot falls due to any of the above.

Our Hulk is very realistic and can scare some children because he is 7ft tall and angry-looking. We do reassure all the children he is friendly however his facial features do not look happy and it may take a while for the children to become comfortable with going near him! But once they build up the confidence our hulk dances, fist bumps, and high fives to show them he is there to have fun.
