Price: £200

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All bookings are subject to a 25% holding fee. The remainder of the payment is due on the day upfront. We take bank and Paypal transfers or cash. ❤ deposits are non-refundable unless your event is canceled or rescheduled due to government restrictions.

We are happy to reschedule your event within 4 weeks notice however this is depending on availability with other bookings.

We normally turn up very early for your event in order to make sure everything is in order. Please be clear on your time frames when booking in order for us to plan.

We do risk assessments on all our equipment and venues. If your venue needs PAT test certificates, insurance documents, or DBS certificates please provide details so we can contact the venue directly and send them all documents required.

We are fully insured for any venue. We also do business with lots of venues within the North West and would be happy to recommend some for you.

  • The lights can be used for the reception or the evening time. Only our members of staff can move the lights to different locations because of the weight and electrics involved.
  • The lights need to be dismantled and put up safely. We take no responsibility for injuries to guests or damage to lights while unattended.
  • If you book our ultimate wedding package you will have them all day and night with a trained member of staff being onsite to move the locations of the lights when requested.
  • We check the lights before delivering and collecting, if clear damage has been made to the lights you will be responsible to pay for any damage or repairs needed.
  • Please make sure there are access to electrics at least 40 meters from the lights in order for us to conect the power. You will still be charged if we can not gain access to the power supply.
  • The lights are weighted and are strong enough to stand on their own however please supervise children around lights at all times. They are not designed to climb or lean on, We take no responsibility for any injuries or damage if anybody accidentally knocks the lights over.
