TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All bookings are subject to a 25% holding fee. The remainder of the payment is due on the day upfront. We take bank and Paypal transfers or cash. ❤ deposits are non-refundable unless your event is canceled or rescheduled due to government restrictions.
We are happy to reschedule your event within 4 weeks notice however this is depending on availability with other bookings.
We normally turn up very early for your event in order to make sure everything is in order. Please be clear on your time frames when booking in order for us to plan.
We do risk assessments on all our equipment and venues. If your venue needs PAT test certificates, insurance documents or DBS certificates please provide details so we can contact the venue directly and send them all documents required.
We are fully insured for any venue. We also do business with lots of venues within the North West and would be happy to recommend some for you. We advise you always ask any venue before booking an inflatable for indoor use, if you fail to ask and the venue does not allow them on the day, you will still be charged for the booking.
All our units are certificated to the BSEN14960 standard as set by the HSE. All units are cleaned after every use with our antibacterial fog machine to keep them safe and clean.
- Please note this product CANNOT be taken through a house or small access and does require an access width of 3ft wide. This item must also be used on a flat smooth surface (no gravel).
- you will still be charged for the hire if we cannot get it through the access point due to calculation errors or surface problems, so be sure to check! We do not want to let you down!
- Please make sure there are access to electrics at least 40 meters from the inflatable in order for us to connect blowers in. You will still be charged if we can not gain access to the power supply.
- Please note that this inflatable comes with 2 1.5HP blowers that are connected by a UK plug. (Please make sure your power supply can take the following power for each blower X2) Voltage/Frequency: AC 220V/50Hz. Wattage (W): 1150.
- We check the inflatable before delivering and collecting, if clear damage has been made to our inflatables you will be responsible to pay for any damage or repairs needed. Please note there is no food or drink allowed on any of our inflatables and any accidents must be cleaned up.
- No animals are allowed on inflatables! please make sure the ground is clear of sharp objects and shoes must not be worn while on inflatables.
- We use large pegs to peg the inflatable down to the ground or use heavily weighted sandbags. We can take no responsibility for any damage to the ground in the process of setting up or packing away. We will try to be as tidy as possible.
- Please do not smoke or put BBQ next to the inflatable.
- We are not responsible for any injuries while using the inflatable. Please supervise children at all times, especially While people are on the Reindeer.
- Do not let children mess about with the electrics or blowers. We will set your inflatables up safely and all electrics will be watertight.
- If the rain becomes too heavy, we need to turn off the power and leave the castle deflated unless you have hired the inflatable canopy. In extreme cases of thunder and lightning, all guests should move indoors to safety.
- We do not take responsibility for any reckless or careless behavior when it comes to safety. Please follow our advice in order to keep everyone safe. You are responsible for your own health and safety when choosing to use the inflatables.
- When it comes to the weather, the HSE says that 38km/h (24mph) is the recommended maximum wind speed to use an inflatable.
- If the bull is rented for outdoor use then we would legally have to reschedule your hire to another date that you choose. This is disappointing news but please remember we only do this for the safety of the children! ❤ we check the wind speeds daily with our Digital Anemometer and also keep an eye on the met office website.... https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/
Conditions of Hire & Restrictions Of Use
Riders of the Rodeo Reindeer must be at least 1.2 meters tall and be able to mount the Rodeo Reindeer unaided.
The maximum weight of the user is 18 Stone.
Only 1 rider at a time can ride the Rodeo Reindeer.
The Rodeo Bull can be used Indoors or Outdoors but require easy access as we will not go up and down stairs due to the weight and size of the equipment.
The equipment is required to be set up on a flat level ground.
In no circumstances should anyone other than our trained staff members try to control the Reindeer.
We require 2 Mains Plug Sockets to be within 40 meters of where you would like the Rodeo Reindeer set up.
This ride is designed to throw riders off
To ensure the safety of all riders, we would like to clearly make all riders aware, that no person is allowed to ride the rodeo Reindeer if you suffer from or appears to be:
- Pregnant
- Blind or Impaired vision
- drunk or on drugs
- Heart Condition
- Epilepsy
- Neck Injury
- High Blood Pressure
- Recovering From Surgery or Reoccurring Injury
- Is unable to mount the Rodeo bull unaided
- Anyone less than 1.2 meters tall
- Acting in a rowdy or aggressive manner
- Has food or objects in their mouth
- Any Ailment that can be aggravated by the motion of the ride
Riders will need to remove footwear and any sharp items of jewelry.
We can not stress enough how important it is to measure access to your venue/garden! The width of the door/frame needs to be a minimum of 3ft wide with easy access. We can not refund your deposit if we can not fit the Reindeer through the access and do not want to disappoint you!

- A disclaimer form will have to be signed on the day by the customer and all restrictions of use will be posted on the entrance to the Reindeer so all guests can read before deciding to use the rodeo Reindeer.
