Our light up heart arch is for indoor use only and need a setup time of 50 minutes before any event, this is to enable our staff to secure and erect our heart arch ready to impress your guests. The Love heart arch is plugged in using a UK plug socket. IEC in & out sockets on the back with DMX controller with sockets daisy-chained from 1 plug socket, so only minimal sockets needed.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

All bookings are subject to a 25% holding fee. The remainder of the payment is due on the day upfront. We take bank and Paypal transfers or cash. ❤ deposits are non-refundable unless your event is canceled or rescheduled due to government restrictions.

We are happy to reschedule your event within 4 weeks notice however this is depending on availability with other bookings.

We normally turn up very early for your event in order to make sure everything is in order. Please be clear on your time frames when booking in order for us to plan.

We do risk assessments on all our equipment and venues. If your venue needs PAT test certificates, insurance documents, or DBS certificates please provide details so we can contact the venue directly and send them all documents required.

We are fully insured for any venue. We also do business with lots of venues within the North West and would be happy to recommend some for you.

The love heart arch can be used for the reception or the evening time. Only our members of staff can move the light to a different location because of the weight, size, and electrics involved.
The heart needs a step ladder because of its height and must be dismantled and put up safely.
We take no responsibility for injuries to guests or damage to rental if you try to move it unattended and it will result in the value or repair having to be paid.
If you book our ultimate wedding package you will have them all day and night with a trained member of staff being onsite to move the locations of the lights when requested.
We check the light before delivering and collecting, if clear damage has been made to the light you will be responsible to pay for any damage or repairs needed.
Please make sure there are access to electrics at least 40 meters from the light in order for us to connect the power. You will still be charged if we can not gain access to the power supply.
The light is weighted and strong enough to stand on its own however please supervise children around the light at all times. It is not designed to climb or lean on, We take no responsibility for any injuries or damage if anybody accidentally knocks the light over.
