Our blossom trees are indoor-use only and take 40 minutes to set up before any event. This is to make sure that the trees are secure and ready to impress your guests.

Our trees are refurbished, maintained, and checked after every use.

All bookings are subject to a 25% holding fee. The remainder of the payment is due on the day upfront. We take bank and Paypal transfers or cash. ❤ deposits are non-refundable unless your event is canceled or rescheduled due to government restrictions.

We are happy to reschedule your event within 4 weeks notice however this is depending on availability with other bookings.

We normally turn up very early for your event in order to make sure everything is in order. Please be clear on your time frames when booking in order for us to plan.

We do risk assessments on all our equipment and venues. If your venue needs PAT test certificates, insurance documents, or DBS certificates please provide details so we can contact the venue directly and send them all documents required.

We are fully insured for any venue. We also do business with lots of venues within the North West and would be happy to recommend some for you.

The trees can be used for the reception or the evening time. Only our members of staff can move the trees to different locations because they weigh over 20kg each and are made out of fiberglass.
The trees need step ladders because of their height and must be dismantled and put up safely. We take no responsibility for injuries to guests or damage to trees while unattended.
If you book our ultimate wedding package you will have them all day and night with a trained member of staff being onsite to move the locations of the trees when requested.
We check the trees before delivering and collecting, if clear damage has been made to the trees you will be responsible to pay for any damage or repairs needed.
The trees are weighted and are strong enough to stand on their own however please supervise children around trees at all times. They are not designed to climb, swing or lean on, We take no responsibility for any injuries or damage if anybody accidentally knocks the trees over.
